Bottom-mount seat rail with 16 (4 × 4) possible height combinations

Smooth sliding is assured.
Welding heat is the primary cause of slider hardening. The mounting frame and sliders of this model are secured with rivets and bolts to prevent thermal distortion of the metal sliders. Direct welding of sliders is performed only as an auxiliary process to minimize the number of spot welds. For vehicles that require transfer of the original-equipment seat belt buckle to the seat rail, the seat belt buckle stay is fixed with rivets. Smoother slide is achieved by the elimination of distortion due to welding heat.
Box-type frame conceals the area beneath the seat.
In minivans, SUVs, 4WD vehicles and other vehicles with ample space under the seat, this frame conceals the area below the seat and achieves high rigidity despite the higher seating position. In addition, we elongated the bolt holes of the stays located in front of and behind the sliders to allow for adjustments to the left and right..
Four-step height adjustment at both the front and rear of the seat allow for a total of 16 possible height combinations.
The combination of four bolt holes on both the front and rear stays of the sliders and a box-type mounting frame allow for height adjustments in four steps*1 at both the front and rear of the seat.
Setting the front and rear*2 of the seat bottom to different heights results in 16 (4 × 4) possible combinations of seat height and seat angle.
*1 Some models (listed in the compatibility table) offer three-step adjustment.
*2 We recommend mounting at the same height in the front and rear. Differing height settings in the front and rear may apply an uneven load to the sliders due to their structure, which may result in difficult sliding.
